like the three fingered change-up and the circle change-up make your
fastball seem faster in comparison. The three fingered change-up is
the easiest to master.

Spread your index, middle, and ring fingers to their widest point. Under the ball your thumb and pinky should both touch the ball. Remember, your palm should touch the ball. When throwing, keep your wrist stiff and bring it straight down like you would if you were chopping something. Throw the ball straight for the middle of the plate. |
