Appetizers
4 chicken breasts
2 red bell peppers
1 large onion
2 cups of large chunks of pineapple
2 teaspoons of salt
2 table spoons of pepper
quarter cup olive oil
6 skewer sticks

Cut the chicken breasts into half inch squares
cube the bell peppers
slice the onion
put the above ingredients into a bowl and mix together with pineapple, salt and pepper
Place the ingredients on a skewer stick alternating chicken, bell pepper, onion, and pineapple
Cook on a grill for 25 minutes
