Bill Peet Book Project Ideas - Television

TV Project:

Materials:    Cardboard box
                   Wooden poles (2)
                    Long roll of paper (or tape together regular sheets)
                    Scotch tape
                    Colored pencils or markers    

Steps:   1.  Cut out large square on box
            2.  Cut two holes on the top of the box for wooden poles
            3.  Draw pictures of important scenes in the book on the paper.
            4.  Scotch tape the paper to the poles and roll up.
            5.  Open bottom of box and push poles through holes in top of box
            6.  Tape bottom and turn poles to go to first scene.
