trained to change sound into touch by nudging or tugging on it's owner.

the dog will notify the owner in by jumping on them. A hearing dog is trained
to learn sign language and hand movements.

with a patient. Petting a dog can reduce stress and lower blood pressure
and, more for some patients. There are a lot of volunteer programs

DOG CARE
-
If you have a dog, you should be willing to spend time with him/her.
Some people say you should spend at least one hour a day with your dog.
-
It is important to have a fenced yard so that your dog can go outside to
run around , (and do it's business).
-
You should check the food and water everyday. Puppies should be fed several
times a day. Adult dogs can be fed once a day. Dogs like to over
eat so you need to be sure you are feeding your dog the correct amount.
Read the dog food labels for advice on how much to feed your dog.
-
If it is hot outside, you should check the water several times a day.
-
Speaking of heat, don't ever leave your dog in the car if it is warm outside.
Remember, cars can heat up very quickly.
-
Your dog will need a good place to sleep. If it stays outside, you
will need to have a dog house. If it stays inside, you will probably
need a dog bed of some sort.

Dogs need to be bathed on a regular basis. Bath schedules really
depend on how dirty your dog gets.

Be sure you have a good vet that can help you keep your dog healthy and
give him/her the required immunizations.

Be sure to check with your local authorities to be sure your dog has the
required tags.
