1970's Big Inventions

Many cool inventions happened in the seventies that changed the way we live today!

The tecorder-wheel printer was designed and the floppy disk were invented by Alan Shugart.
In 1971, the dot-matrix was invented. In the same year, the food processor and the liquid-crystal display were made. Also, the VCR or videocassete recorder was invented.
In 1972, the word processor was invented. Also in 1972, Pong ( the first video game ) was invented by Nolan Bushnell, and the Hacky Sack was invented by John Stalberger and Mick Marshell.
In 1974, the first post-it note was produced by Arthur Fry.
In 1975, the laser printer was invented and the push through tab on a drink can was invented.
In 1976, the ink-jet printer was invented.
In 1979, cellular phones were invented.
