Sixties Biggest
  Inventions

Technology was improving lifestyles more and more as the century raced on.  Due to inventions and technologies, luxuries were seeming more realistic to society.  Roy Jacuzzi invented the first real jacuzzi, whirlpool bath. It is still being used for relaxation in America.

Jane Goodall studied wildlife for many years of her life.  She was one of the first scientist to reveal the similaritities between humans and the chimpanzees.  You can see many live footage videos of Jane and her studies.
Medical technology was also on an unbelievable rise.  Christian Barnard performed the first human heart transplant on a patient whom was suffering from heart diesease.
Finally, the biggest invention of the 1960's was the computer. The computer was one of the greatest inventions in history. It has allowed many great things for modern times. The computer has replaced the typewriter and much more. Things like the Internet, virtual games, writing, and music were added to the computer.  The computer was a big help to the U.S. and has replaced many things that are not as easy to use as the computer.  The typewriter was not to easy to use, because if you made a mistake you would either white it out or retype it.  On the computer, you just press backspace and correct the erroe.  This made life much easier. On the computer, you can install many virtual friends, such as cats, monkeys, and dogs. You can play with them, they can teach you, change their color, and even feed them. The Internet has changed the world, too. The Internet can be helpful for many things, such as school reports, researching information, keeping good communication through e-mail, or if you just want to hang out and chat on line.
