Konichiwa!(Japanese for "hello") My name is Jaysen Furtado. I am 11 years old and am in the 6th grade. I attend Chiefess Kamakahelei Middle School in Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii. I live in Kapaa, Kauai, Hawaii.
I like to play football, video games, and computer games. I go to the beach almost every weekend with my brothers and my dad. Sometimes we take my cousins. I have also taken up the sport of golf. I play golf every Tuesday with Robert, a good family friend.
I have been playing the ukulele since 4th grade. Our Hawaiian Studies kupuna (wise elders) come in every week to teach us how to play the ukulele.
This is my first year in Thinkquest. I learned how to make a crossword puzzle on the computer. I have learned how to play all kinds of games. I now have my own email. In Thinkquest I have to come in after school on Mondays and Wednesdays. I also have to give up some weekends. I don't mind doing the extra work. My nickname is the "Game Guy" or "Wiley Coyote."
