Hawaiians used different kinds of plants for special reasons. Sometimes they used plants for medicine, pastes, dyes, food, clothing, stain remover, thatching for nets, religion (whoa! I didn't know some plants were a part of hawaiians religion), for building puposes, and plants were also used as canoe materials. The coco nut tree was the most useful plant of all!!!
