Pyramids of Giza

The pyramids of Giza are three of the largest and best preserved pyramids in Egypt. The largest of them is the tomb of King Khufu. It was made of over two million blocks. It was built at a height of four hundred eighty one feet tall. Its base covers thirteen acres. The next is built for King Khafre. It is four hundred seventy two feet tall. The smallest is built for Menkaure. It is two hundred tall. Khufu is the father of Khafre and Khafre is Menkaure’s father. All of them were at one point the king of Egypt.
