Isis was the god of fertility and motherhood. She was the daughter of Geb and Nut. She was worshipped with her husband, Osiris and her adopted son, Horus. She had great magical skills. They were so good that Set chopped up Osiris so that she wouldn’t be able to bring him back to life.
