 On February 9,1834 a boy was born and his name was Alexander Liholiho and his parents names were Mataio Kekuanao'a and Kina'u Kekuanao'a. In December he became Kamehameha lV and he attended the royal school. He got married to Queen Emma and they had a child name Prince Albert who died on August 27, 1862 when he was only 4 year old. After their son's death Queen Emma and King Kamehameha IV made Queen's Hospital as a monument to their son. As king he created the anti-American missionary church called Episcopal Church. As king he lived in a palace called Hale Alii meanwhile his wife Queen Emma lived in Queen Emma's Summer Palace. RESOURCES
