Salem Facts
The Salem Witch Trials were trials for people accused of witches. The accusing started by some teenage girls being bored so they started to accuse people of being witches. The girls who started didn't know that their "fun" would lead to death, crying, and torment.
The trials lasted for 13 months. Many people were hanged. One was pressed to death. Two dogs were accused of being witches because some children said they gave them the "L evil eye L."
Revolutionary War Facts
The Revolutionary War was between England and the colonies. During this time General Washington, well renowned and known to us as the first president of the United States of America, led and fought in many great battles.
The British were a world renowned army, never to be beat. It astounded King George III, who was reigning then. No one knew how an army of farmers could beat.....THE BRITISH.
Civil War Facts
The Civil War was between the North and the South of the United States. The South was fighting to be its own country. The North was fighting to get the south to be apart of the Union. The were also fighting for the issue of slavery.
The war tor the U. S. apart. The South lost to the North. There were many battles in between that affected the entire United States.
