Joan Sarah Touzet with the help of the Mellon Fund from Yale University
in 1993. The font can

This is how to make the consonant sounds:
h, k, l, m, n, q, s, t, w, and y are normal like in English g almost like a k. Syllables beginning with g except (ga) can sound like a k. (do), (du), and (dv) sometimes sound like to, tu, and tv. Words starting with tl [except (tla)] sometimes sound like dl.
