Monkeys
Monkeys are a lot like humans. Did you know that they are kept by all sorts of people, from royalty, like kings and queens, to ordinary people, like you and me. Recently, in the past few years, many people have kept spider monkeys, marmosets, squirrel monkeys, and woolly monkeys as pets.
Being responsible -Even though you may think that monkeys would make great pets, they don't. Many people say that they are fun to watch, but all of them are a real handful. Monkeys are often aggressive and excitable, they are also very messy eaters. Also, despite their intelligence, monkeys are almost impossible to housebreak. Even if they are kept in your house, they must wear diapers.
What does owning a monkey cost? Having a monkey is almost like having anouther family member. They are rather expensive to buy and maintain.
