At the top you see sweets/candy. Use
sparingly because it contains things like
chocolate and lollipops.
Below that you see the dairy section on the
left. It contains things like milk, cheese, and
ice cream.
Below that on the left you see the vegetable
group. It contains things like carrots,
potatoes, and broccoli.
On the bottom you see the grain group. It
contains things like bread, muffins, and
rice.

Right below the sweets on the right you see
the meat group. It contains things like fish,
chicken, and eggs.
Below that on the right you see the fruit
group. It contains things like bananas, apples,
and oranges.

Above you see a food chart,
it contains the food groups. The sugar group you should
use sparingly because it is usually high in fats. The
dairy you should at least get two to three servings a
day. For the vegetable group you should get up to three
to five servings. For the grains group you need up to six
to eleven servings. For the meat group you need up to two
to three servings a day. And the fruit group you need two
to four servings a day.
If you are having a problem being over
weight you should try following the chart. It's is not
just about keeping your weight balanced. It's also about
staying healthy, some people think they should take diet
pills, but that could effect your body in bad ways. If I
was you I would eat healthy and stay safe.
Did
You Know???
Did you know that fried food is higher
in fat and calories. By the way your body is only allowed
2,000 calories a day. If you lose 100 calories that
doesn't mean that you should go back to the house and pig
out. Even though things are good for you that doesn't
mean you should eat a lot of them.
Need
to lose weight???
If you need to lose weight you should
try exercising. Exercising will burn your fat off, but
you have to be patient. While exercising you need to go
on a diet. Here is some ideas of things you could do for
exercising, run track, jump rope, and remember don't eat
to much during or after diet. Our country has the most
over weight people.
When you go on a diet don't starve
yourself because that will effect you badly. You also
don't want to get to thin because it could also cause
health problems. Being healthy is the most important
thing because being healthy keeps your heart and other
things going. If you went to long without food you could
kill yourself, drink water can keep you alive, but going
without food just isn't good for you.
