FAMILY DAY

     Family Day is held as a fun-filled family  event. We hope to start a tradition at CapeView Commons and use this event as a way to bring families and visitors together. A day of fun and activities has been planned to introduce visitors to our park. Family Day is a definite must for all who visit us! This season we are holding it on the 4th of July.

8:00 AM Registration  
8:30AM

1st Annual

CapeView Commons

3 mile race Stroll/Road Race
9:15 AM  Stroll Awards
10:00 AM  Parade

Participants: antique cars, Bourne HS Marching Band, girl/boy scout, annual bike/doll carriage decorated competition, Mass Maritime Academy cadets, MA State Police Mounted Patrol, Bourne Middle School Cheerleaders, Bourne Fire Department, Town Float Competition  
11:00 AM  Float and bike/carriage announcement of winners  
12:00 NOON Family picnic time  
2:00 PM   Family Olympics  

3 legged races, sack races, relay race, egg and spoon race, baseball game, basketball game.  
4:00 PM   Boat Race or Family Town Scavenger Hunt  
6:00 PM Annual "Cape Cod Clambake"
8:00 PM Fireworks over the Bay
