The Spinner Dolphin is
an oceanic dolphin. It can be found near the Solomon Islands, New
Guinea, and Japan. There are many
subspecies in the Spinner Dolphin area. Dwarfish, Hawaiian ,
Tropical Atlantic Ocean and Indian Ocean, Eastern Pacific,White-Belly and the Costa Rican Form.
Dwarfish Form The
Dwarfish form is only found in the Gulf of Siam. The size and
status of this dolphin is unknown.
Hawaiian Form
The Hawaiian form has a light gray band starting at the bottom of
the melon and extending all the way to the
dorsal
fin. The upper
jaw is dark gray and the flippers are dark gray too.
Tropical Atlantic
Ocean and Indian Ocean Form This form's back is dark gray and the
flanks are a lighter gray. The stomach is pearly white.
Costa Rican Form
The Costa Rican form's back is dark gray . The stomach is light gray.
Tropical

flanks are a lighter gray. The stomach is pearly white. Eastern
Pacific Form The
Eastern Pacific form's back is a dark gray, lightens on the flanks. The
stomach is white. White-Belly
