The Risso's Dolphin is an oceanic dolphin. It can be found in oceans all over the world. Risso Dolphin's body is generally sturdy and behind the dorsal fin is slender. Its melon is huge, and the snout is almost nonexistent. Its dorsal fins are median sized, predominate, and high. Its pectoral fins are long and thin and its body is dark gray, with a long white area on the throat, chest and stomach. Its fins are blades. Risso Dolphin has 10 to 15 large coned shaped teeth on both jaws. Scars are made with teeth marks. They can become so covered with them that they are almost completely white.
