Earth's Moon is the only natural satellite that orbits the Earth. A natural satellite is a non man made satellite, like the moon. The moon does  not have a atmosphere so it is pounded by comets every year. Have you ever took a look at the moon? If you have you  noticed that there  are many craters on it's surface, because it has been bombarded by comets for Millions of years!
