Gemini 9 was launched on June 3,1966. Its crew was Thomas Stafford and Gene Cernan. The purpose of the mission to dock with ATDA and perform a spacewalk. The space walk was 2hours and 7minutes long. Gemini 9 went to an altitude of 311.5km and made 45 orbits in 3 days
