William H. Taft was the twenty- seventh President. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on September 15, 1857. William H. Taft attended Woodward High School. In 1886 Taft married Hellen Herron. William H. Taft was the first president to serve both president from 1909-1913 and Chief Justice of the Supreme Court from 1921-1930. William H. Taft was the first Presdent to have a car also. |
