Dorothy
is a little girl the age of seven. According to a movie Baum's
niece Dorothy was where he got the idea for Dorothy. In the Wizard
of Oz Dorothy and her dog Toto get caught in a cyclone and are
blown to the mystical land of Oz.she is told to follow the yellow
brick road to find the Wizard so she could go home. On her journey
she comes across the Scarecrow, the Tin Woodsman, and the Cowardly
Lion.The group makes it to the Wizard and Dorothy makes it home,
but you have to read the book to find out how.
