Draco

The star Etmain, Gamma (Y) Draconis, a second magnitude star in the constellation belongs to Draco.   Draco some people say is the golden fleece, but was put to sleep with the potion given to Jason by Medea.  Others say that during the war between the gods and the Titans, the goddess Minerva fought a dragon and hurled him into the sky, where he got wrapped around the north celestial pole.  In the constellation Draco's tail can be hard to find simply because he snakes around so much.  His tail is between Ursa Major and Ursa Minor, and his head near Lyra and Hercules.  Draco is the radiant point for the Draconid meteor showers.
