Pegasus

Pegasus was the magnificent winged horse born from the blood of the famous Gorgon, Medusa, when the hero Perseus slit her throat. Perseus flew on Pegasus to rescue the young girl, Andromeda, tied to a rock about to meet her death. He carried Bellerophon to the fight between Bellerophon and the monster Chimera when he tried to fly to Olympus.
