 Uranus is
the father of all the titans. Uranus was also the first ruler of the
universe and the sky god. He was also the husband of Gaia. When
Uranus had children he swallowed them so they would not overthrow him.
When Cronus was born, Gaia hid him so Uranus wouldn't swallow him. She let
him grow up and become stronger. She told Cronus to defeat Uranus so he
would let the children free. Cronus castrated Uranus with hedge
clippers. Uranus either died from the wound or withdrew from
Earth. Cronus took rule until Zeus took over.
