Heracles

Heracles is the best known and strongest of all mortals.  Stronger then many gods, he was the deciding factor in allowing the Olympian gods to win the battle against the giants.  On the flip side to his strength was a noticeable lack of wisdom.  Once, when he become too hot, he threatened to shoot the sun with his bow.  Heracles' pride is easily offended  and he  never forgets grudges.  Whenever a friend is in need, he would definitely help him.   His appetite for food, wine and woman are as big as his strength.  He became a god when he died.
