Gods and Goddesses

The gods and goddesses of Greek Mythology are related to the Titans. They are their sons and daughters.  All of the gods and goddesses are the god of something and have the power to do something special. They sometimes help out the mortals.  Many people in different cultures believed in gods and goddesses and there were many different ways of worshiping them.  Ancient cultures such as Egyptians, Greeks, Romans, Indians, Chinese, Africans, Hawaiians, Aussies, and many more believed in sea gods, sky gods, death gods, love gods and food gods.  In Greek mythology, the Olympians were the most powerful Gods and Goddesses. They were also the first.   Ancient Greeks believed that the gods brought them fire and life.  Afterlife is thought of a lot in most of  the cultures.  It is  believed that when someone dies, if their soul is pure and clean, that soul lives on in a perfect after life.
