Every area has a local organ procurement organization (OPO). The OPO in our area is Mid-America Transplant Services (MTS). Their main job is to coordinate the donation process and to take care of the donor families. Before we started our web site, we went to MTS to learn about organ donation and we met some very special people. In this section you can learn all about our visit.
