A hero is someone who is not afraid to give something up to help other people... a hero is someone who does great things for their community and the world... a hero is anyone who does the right thing... a hero is someone who does good things for other people... a hero is someone who is not afraid to stand up for what they believe... a hero is someone who did something to be honored for...

The ThinkQuest Team of Woodland Elementary recently had the chance to learn about a true hero, Kate Reinhart. Kate saved the lives of five people through organ donation and enhanced the lives of several others through bone donation.

We are truly inspired by her generosity and dedicate this site in her honor.
