WON TON

Approximately 3 dozen

    1 lb.                                                 
    1 tsp. sugar                                            

    salt and pepper to taste                           

Mix all ingredients together. Place a generous spoonful of the pork mixture of the middle of the won ton wrapper. Dampen edges with water and form a triangle, pressing edges together with fingers. Pull the bottom corners of the triangle gently down below their base, overlap the tips of the two corners slightly, and them together. fry in hot oil until golden brown and crisp. Drain on paper towels. 

 

    2 stalks green onion, chopped 

    oil for frying

    1 and a half lb. Chinese fishcake 

    1 Tbsp. soy sauce 

    6 water chestnuts, minced
