In the future, there will be a new machine called AutomatiCoal. It will make coal, and make it faster, so that the supply of coal will not run out. The machine is complicated, so listen closely please.
First there has to be a hole dug into the ground, two hundred feet deep, and ten feet wide. That is where the coal is made, underground. Now two more holes have to be dug, one on each side of the hole, about twenty inches in circumference. They go down into the ground and reach the hole by slightly curving inward on the way. Now tubes are put in the holes that were just dug. These tubes will carry water to the big hole, because coal is formed in what used to be a swamp, and so the water will be like the swamp.
After all of that is done, containers will be placed on top of the two small holes, about one and one half feet in circumference. There has to be a hole on the bottom of each container, a little smaller than the tubes. The hole has a door on the bottom, which opens and closes on a timer. It will open for about five seconds, then close for a couple minutes. Now there are two more containers the same size as the others. These containers hold dead plants and soil. Tubes come up from these containers and turn inward to a tray. The tray is six inches smaller than the big holes on each side. It has doors on the bottom, that when feeling a certain amount of pressure, open. When the dead plants and soil are on the tray, a long pole bolted to a very heavy platform comes down and flattens the soil and plants. Once the platform reaches a certain point on the tray, the doors open, and the flattened plants and soil fall into the hole. After every ten times of doing this process, the platform will come through the tray and flatten the objects even more. After all of this happens and the hole is filled with soil, plants, and a little bit of acid, we leave it there and move on to a different location. This whole process takes only approximately four months, and the world will have more coal!
Now it is time to get the coal out. This is how we know where the hole was dug and when it is finished. There will be an X painted on the middle of the ground that was first dug. There will also be a timer on the top of the filled hole. A pipe is connected to the timer that goes straight down the hole. It will stop about five feet before it hits the bottom. Here is how the timer works. The coal will form around the pipe and as it gets harder, a lever on the timer moves a little bit to the right. When it is finished, the lever should be all the way to the right. The coal will be brought back to the surface by a rising platform buried underground by the AutomatiCoal. A button on the timer will cause wires to raise the platform.
One machine will be placed in each major city. There will also be a factory by each of the machines. The people that work in the factories will help run the machinery, or AutomatiCoal.
This is a great invention. It will help out in our lives a whole bunch. People will not have to worry about freezing to death in their own homes because with AutomatiCoal, we wont run out of coal until the sun blows up.

This is our machine, AutomatiCoal.
