but why?
Helping a suicidal person may be easy if you know what
to look for and get help.
Someone might be suicidal if..
- If they talk about suicide.
- If they withdraw from friends and/or
family or lose interest in hobbies.
- If that person makes final arrangements like giving prized possessions
away or talks about going away.

If they have a change in behavior like they can't concentrate.
- Losing control is
also a sign of suicide.
- If that person has low-self esteem like feeling
worthless or self-hatred.
- Also if they have made plans or has made previous
suicide attempts.
Whatever you do NEVER leave that person alone!!!
