Native Americans are still making jewelry today. Silver is an important medal used in jewelry making. It can be made into belts, beads, rings, bracelets, earrings, pendents, and bolo ties. Turquoise which symbolizes sky and water is often set in silver. The jewelry often shows designs of spiritual creatures, birds, and other animals.
