You will be using a high
tech oil-skimming device in this plan.
It will vacuum up any and all of the oil in the estuary. It has a maximum capacity of 250 cubic
meters. That is more than enough to
clean out the oil if that is the problem.
The big question here is: “Is the problem with the water an oil
spill.” If the oil isn’t a problem you
could waste $5,000.
