The Chemical Treatment Plant
The chemical treatment plant will cost you the most money,
$200,000. The first step is to have the
water cleaned is to put the water in a huge container. Then the water is
strained through a mixing basin. Dirt and mud clump together. Then they go
through a settling tank where dirt sinks to the bottom. After that it goes
through sand and gravel chemicals are added to the water to clarify it. Then it
goes to a storage tank where it’s kept until needed in houses or can be brought
back through the estuary.
