RADIO-When the radio was first developed in 1879, it was bulky, noisy, and had poor reception. As technology improved, it was changed into a small device, becoming popular in the 1920’s. In 1922, the beginning of public radio broadcasting started at a radio station in Pittsburgh. Radios quickly became a success; they were convenient, cheap, and useful. They helped convey ideas and information. Later on, radios were used to broadcast things from concerts to sermons. Even today, radios are a popular electronic that persuades people to buy, sell, etc., entertains them with different types of music, and it informs people about recent happenings.
