Did you know that wolves can have 1-11 pups? They are born two months after mating. Wolves mostly eat meat but some eat plants. When wolves go hunting, they are in packs. One type of wolf is the Timber wolf. The Timber wolves disappeared from Wisconsin in the 1950's.  However,  in the 1970's they came back to Wisconsin. They all died in the 1950's because people hunted them. In 1957 a law was passed that you where not allowed to kill wolves.
