When the Romans would attack an enemy, the enemy would usually have a big wall, sometimes over 100 feet tall and it was made mostly of rocks and big logs. These walls could not be broken easily but the Romans were smart enough to know how to do it. When the Romans were firing on a wall or over a wall they would use big weapons that usually took at least two people to operate. They would use catapults, fire throwers, and lethal crossbows.
