Hallucinogens have many street names. Two are love boat and cactus head. The way to take hallucinogens is to ingest them. A symptoms of use is trance-like state. The consequences to taking hallucinogens are impaired judgment, violent behavior, and flashbacks. Marijuana, LSD, and PCP are all hallucinogens. LSD means lysergic acid diethyamide. The TCH in marijuana will state in your body for ten days. Hallucinogens change a person’s mood. They were used in India in about 1600 B.C. The larger dose, the greater the mood and thought changes.
Hallucinogens aren't reinforcing to animals, and in humans,. use is infrequent. If you use a psychoactive drug more that twenty times it is considered to be chronic abuse. Hallucinogens can cause a variety of organic brain syndromes that include hallucinogen hallucinosis, delusional disorder, mood disorder, flashback disorder, and many more. Flashbacks may occur in as many as twenty-five percent of all people who use hallucinogens. Hallucinogens have many side affects. These side effects may last for years. That is why many people have decided to stop taking hallucinogens.
