Many people under-rate the element
Silicon. They say we don't have silicon anywhere. They are also wrong because Silicon is
the second most common element found in rocks everywhere. Silicon, when it is a molecule,
looks like (Under a microscope) one Silicon atom and two Oxygen atoms. Ever wonder how
petrified wood and rocks are formed? Well, it is a little process called Petrifaction.
That is done when Silicon replaces the Carbon atoms of an old material. That is why only
old rocks and sticks are petrified.
