The Vikings worshiped many gods just like the Germans did, in fact, they worshiped similiar gods. Vikings believed gods were responsible for weather and crops. Because the gods liked to hunt, and fish, Vikings thought they were "extra powerfull humans." Vikings made trades with the god. Offering sacrifices for what they needed. VIkings loved to make stories and poems about their gods. Now the tales are only told by people of Iceland. One tale was so long it took 12 days to recite the whole story.
