Food

The Ancient Egyptians used bread and beer for their main food. To make the beer they took unbaked bread that was sitting in a mixture of water and honey and drank the liquid mixture. Everyone drank this liquid beer which was poured into earthenware jars. In the Egyptian culture it was acceptable for children to drink beer also. Some of the dough was baked to make bread. The bread was baked in an oven especially made by the Egyptians.
