Football
The game of football is a contact sport. The
whole field contains 22 players ( including offense and defense.) At
the beginning of the game there is a kickoff. There are 120 yards
from the end of the endzone to the other end. A touchdown is worth 6
points. After the touchdown, you get the choice of the 2 point
conversion or kicking for an extra point.
A player wears 10 to 12 pieces of protective
equipment . A professional football weighs 14 to 15 ounces. The
quarterback has control of the football at the begining of the play.
A safety is worth 2 points and the team that got the safety gets to
return the kick.
