Rules and Regulation
When preparing for your project read through the rules and regulations thoroughly.  Use a marker to highlight special items that you need to remember. Keep them handy.  A notebook or file folder for each project helps you to keep things organized. Post it notes are a good tool too. That way you'll know what is expected of you.  Make sure you note the registration date and the deadline dates.  It's best to try and complete your project before the contest deadline.  That way you'll
have time for improvements or changes.

A calender is extremely useful.  Record all of the contest dates and then count down backwards to help you keep up with how many days that you have left until the deadline. Include all of your other obligations too.  This will let you know exactly how much time you have to spend on your project.  The red numbers indicate your countdown.
