* A helpful way to let your teacher/s know some
important facts
about you and may be beneficial when they are writing your
recommendation is to use a "brag sheet".
It lets your teachers
know a little more about you and assists them when writing your
recommendation.
* Be courteous, give your teacher/s 7-10 days
to complete a
letter for you.
* Always request
your recommendation letters 2 days pror to the
postmark date. Teachers get busy too and that way you'll have
a little time if
they fall behind in getting their letter to you.
* Send them a thank you note after you received their
letter for
your application. They appreciate you just as much as you
appreciate them.
