In the beginning was Haiku. Then in the 60's, was a
different form of Haiku created by poet Robert
Kelly. This was followed by a form of Haiku by an American poet, Jack Dollom. Jack Dollom didn't use syllables when working with children. His form of Haiku was with pattern of 3 words, 5 words, and then another 3 words. Kind of like a sandwich!
These are some poems created by the Blue Dolphin
team. Write some poems following the same
pattern, then e-mail them to us at |
