Hi! Welcome to the Mammals section of A Wild Animal Reserve! I'm Mike Mammal, the mammal tour guide. You will be seeing me around the Mammals section of A Wild Animal Reserve. Here you will learn about a few selectmammals. You will learn about their habitat, eating habits, and much, much more! I'm an expert on mammals. (You musthave known that by my last name, didn't you?) Therefore, you know that I will only give you top quality information. Just call me a mammalogist. (Mammalogists are people who specialize in the study of mammals.) Remember that I will only be guiding you through a few select mammals and there are a lot more all around the world. But before I start your tour I will give you a few general facts about mammals.
Mammals are warm-blooded animals. (That means that their body temperatures stay the same whereverthey are.) Most animals don't lay eggs. (Only a special type of mammals called marsupials, lay eggs. A few examples of marsupials would be the duck-billed platypus or a koala.) Now that I'm finished giving you a few general facts about mammals, you can pick a mammal you would like to visit, or you may visit the Amazing Mammals section. Go right ahead!
