Did you know that a Clown fish is brightly colored like a clown's face and its behavior contributes to how it got its name? Another reason that might have contributed to how a Clown fish got its name, is that it has large eyes.

Clown fish can be 3 in. to 6.5 in. in length.

Clown fish eggs are oval and there are 100 to 700 of them. They hatch at night and develop their colors one or two weeks after hatching.
