Bivalves

Bivalves are still another type of invertebrate. For example, the specimen Serplua, lived in the Mesozoic Age. It looked like an ammonite (a strange looking crustacean). Another example of a bivalve is Paraspirfer, a shell that looked like the modern day clam. It lived in the Devonian Period. Tommotia was a crustatean that looked more like a squid than a bivalve. It lived during the Cambrian Period.
