Saturn

Welcome to Saturn Airways, where we will explore Saturn. Get comfortable, because the trip there will be very long: Saturn is about 890,000,000 miles from the sun!

We will also have to watch out for the 1-mile ring that surrounds it! These rings are probably the thing that makes Saturn most known. They look like they are solid, but they are really small chunks of rock and ice that are in Saturn's orbit.

You better have brought a VERY heavy jacket because Saturn's temperature can reach -274 degrees ferenhiet!

If you lived here, you wouldn't be very old. It takes 29 Earth years for Saturn to go around the sun once.

What do you know, we're here! As you look at the second largest planet in our Solar System, notice that it's not just big, it's HUGE! In fact, it is nine times wider than Earth.

Were're sorry but we have to leave you here. feel free to explore some more, but we'll be going on and exploring Uranus, the next planet in our Solar System.

To the Top!
